1 two-room 45 sq.mt.apartment (Burgundy): on the ground floor, can host up to 2/3 people. Consisting of : living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (120x190x15 cm), 1 double bed bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. With a 10 sq. mt private patio, protected by a strawberry grape vine and furnished with outdoor chairs and table.

3 three-room 70, 75, 80 sq.mt. apartments (Cumin, Robin’s-egg Blue and Chestnut ): on the first and second floor, can host up to 4/5 people. Consisting of: kitchen area, living room with sofa bed (120x190x15 cm), 2 double bed bedrooms or twin beds on request, 2 bathrooms with bathtub or shower. With private terrace or balcony, furnished with outdoor chairs and tables.
 

The small pool (2,5m x 6,5m) is equipped with deck chairs, cushions and umbrellas and provided with a waterfall for cervical massage. 

Water, gas, access to the pool, facilities, WIFI connection, fridge, microwave, outdoor barbecue, personal safe, towels and bed linen (weekly changed), private parking and hairdryer. Common laundry with washing machine and detergent*, ironing board,  iron and vacuum cleaner. Cot for children up to age 3 free, available by reservation. Free baby high chair, available by reservation. 

Final cleaning and sanitation* two-room/three-room apartments €65/85  (required).
Air conditioning, heating, electricity two-room/three-room apartments €6/8 per day (required).
Two-room/three-room extra daily cleaning (kitchen excluded) €45/65.
Subsequent supply of bed linen and towels €5/10 per person.

* We use ecological products provided by our Partner Bensos, ecological detergent

A deposit equal to 30% of the rent is required at the time of booking and the balance in the 10/30 days before arrival by bank transfer. The costs for electricity, cleaning and sanitation, linen and any extras must be paid only in cash at the time of check-in. The credit card is required only to guarantee the reservation.

On booking confirmation, a credit card number and expiration date are required as a guarantee. We accept payments only by bank transfer and cash.

if the cancellation during the 10/30 days before arrival is due to official restrictions imposed by governments due to the spread of Covid, a voucher with no expiry date of 50% of the amount paid will be issued and the remaining 50% will be returned by bank transfer.
